The earn a new deck quest feature is stuck at 0:00:00 left on the timer with no way to earn a new deck

Same issue like everyone else here, after the update in late august.... I was a new player (week or two) back then. I have paid and grinded my way to decent cards, but this still isnt fair. Please fix this, reset timer, for everyone, give out deck codes gems or something. Please. Its been over a month....... Get your act together WotC.

I took your suggestion and I was told to come back here and report my issue on this page. I'm sick of this run around. It's insane that this issue is still hanging around and that this many people are still suffering from this problem. Just release codes for the decks or reset accounts or refund people so they can start new accounts. Do something! I live in a rural small town and this is the best way I can play magic and it's broken. I've spent money on my account that I now can't get back so I'm just out that money if I want to start a new account. Fix this! Either fix the problem, or fix the symptom.

Seriously. It's been more than a month, and I haven't been able to collect decks that others have been getting the whole time. Thought this was just a display bug, but come to find out it's not, and I've been grinding for too long to create a new account and start over. Please fix it. Until then I'm putting my wallet away.
Having the same problem. Only recived one dual colored deck...
I first reportet this on August the 25th...
Since then nothing happened; they just told me to look at the technical support page.
And now a month later they tell me to look at this page, just to show me, that still nothing happened!

If the bug can't be fixed, just hand out compensation like 10 000 gems or something.
On the pertinent reddit thread, WotC staff has posted comments suggesting that this issue is not a priority.
Because I trusted y'all would figure it out, I spent some money and sunk the time in to complete the daily quests every day, since. Otherwise, I'd have just created a new account.

I’m not even sure why Wizards has a comment page. They never address anything. They did this with Duels of the planes walkers as well; accepted people’s money with no refunds and didn’t fix the major bugs. I remember them deleting negative comments off Facebook (including mine) instead of fixing anything, when the lash back started getting heavy and people were demanding their money back. Apple ended up refunding me over $100 because I made a case to them that Wizards was taking my money and not offering the product I was paying for. This company is unscrupulous.
It's been over a month and this bug hasn't been fixed.
I recently started playing Arena again after some time off. I had already finished the monocolor decks and now the new deck timer is stuck at 0:00:00 so I can't get any of the new decks

I only got Treasure Hunt, Savage Lands, and Sky Patrol. I was pumped to get Control Center because my friends had managed to get ahead of me a day or two so I knew what was coming.
But then I got hit with the bug. Created my Account August 15th with my friends. They all laughed and continued earning their decks. I put in a support ticket. It kept getting closed. I put up with it for a bit because I had faith in customer support. But they lost it all when they never responded to anything I said, kept closing my ticket, and didn't even bother telling me about this bug section until AFTER I reopened my ticket four or five times.
And even then, I lost all faith I had when my dailies got bugged as well and there was NO WAY for me to obtain resources any longer. Meanwhile my friends were all ahead of me. But after they saw things still hadn't been fixed and they got to see the screen shots of my "chat" with customer support, we have all uninstalled.
Not worth the time or effort when it is painfully clear they give zero damns about the community.

I am having the same issue (playing on same account PC and IOS). I am curious, how many decks did you get before the bug? I got 5 myself (Treasure Hunt, Control Center, Lifeline, Savage Lands, and Sky Patrol). I would be interested to see if anyone got any of the other 5 decks or if they received more or less decks before the bug. *edit* I looked through other comments "after" I posted...so this happened during the August update so depending on how far you got prior to depends on how many decks you got and those that signed up prior to that are having the issue of continuing to gain the decks, correct?
I too have been experiencing this same exact problem like many others. I'm sure if there was a problem with purchasing gems there would be a hotfox within minutes.
As many others have noted here and elsewhere on the web, the Earn a New Deck "quest" has been stuck for well over a month at this point. This is showing on both my PC and on my iPad. Is this bug ever going to get fixed?
It would be quicker and easier to make a new account like some people have said, and that is the problem. People are doing that, after spending money on their account, because Wizards is telling people things are broken and nothing can be done.
It should be illegal to accept money for anything at this point. Between rigging the matches with their algorithm, bugged quests so that you cannot get new decks, and just last month there was a bug where people couldn't make progress on their DAILY quests. That means for a period of time, there was literally no way for newer players to obtain resources or cards besides spending money.
Of course Wizards is fine with these combinations of bugs. The only pain they have felt from it is a boost in sales for the poor souls addicted and wanted to progress, or those they have told have to make a new account and spend more money because they are to incompetent or predatory to do anything about it.
I've heard people are starting legal action at this point. Best believe I will sign any petition and add my voice to it. At the very least, they have lost a customer in me and all my friends who started to play this with me, only to see the horrible circus that has become a once respected name like Wizards of the Coast.

Like other people who made their account in August pre patch, the new deck timer is forever stuck at 000000. May I suggest just giving out a code to redeem the decks only if you do not have the deck as it seems an easy fix for you as this problem has been here for a month already.
By the time they get a fix out for this, it may just be easier and quicker to make a new account for some people and start again.
