After waiting over 3 weeks for support team to answer my ticket, i received a general explanation of what "Color Challenge" is and nothing about the problem itself like there is not any screenshot showing the problem or i did not explain the situation. My ticket was also marked as "solved" while i received no help or explanation about the issue. This is absurd.

If this isn't payed back to us I really don't see why to keep playing. I'm already massively underpowered a few days after the new rotation. Also this won't let me post the screenshot for whatever reason, the support site being buggy is a good bit though.

What's a player with a week-long experience last year like me supposed to do? I'm stuck with cards that I cannot use so I'm forced to play historic and be destroyed by decks and combos that are legal no more which of course makes it harder to gain the money needed to buy the packs which, admitted that each pack has 4 cards of the same color (which is, to say the least, a very optimistic way of putting it), would take me to buy at least 10 of them to build a completely random deck.
The fact that this bug is going on since 2020 is simply outrageous and I cannot see how a company I always praised like Wizards of the Coast is overlooking something so detrimental given the attention they give to D&D, its errata, and Sage's Advice. -

3 updates, no fix.
I'm holding a lot of packs to open after this bug is solved so I do not waste dupes.
I'm unable to play with more decks because of this, since the farm of wildcards is not enough to build base decks to play. -
