HALF A YEAR and no communication or fix for this. Just make a code for our decks

The fact that this issue hasn't even been acknowledged by WotC – except for two comments on a Reddit post – is appalling. It speaks volumes about how the company handles customer feedback. Instead of issuing an apology (and maybe giving people a few thousand coins for their trouble, or giving out codes for the stupid decks), they ignore us completely. It's really sad.

Posted a pic - came back to the game after having not played for a while, and the decks I had weren't playable, so I deleted them, but I also have this bugged. Seriously, when are you going to fix this?

My timer is also stuck at "0:00:00" and has yet to update in months. I have posted multiple times about it and have yet to have anything done about it. WOTC, get your **** together and work on your game.

It's been months since this happened to me.
After acquiring some decks from the daily missions, the icon in the low-right part of the screen started to show an hourglass and a text pop up saying: "0:00:00, waiting for new quest, earn a deck tomorrow"
My friend got the decks and I did not, so, sadly, I am probably going to quit soon if this doesn't get fixed

While my friends gained new standard decks every day with some Missions, I got an icon saying: "come back tomorrow for a new deck", but the timer is technically expired and I've got nothing. I've also tried installing the game on another phone but the problem still remains

I don't even care about the cards. Just fix the UI please. Been stuck for six months now.

They aren’t going to fix it. Customer support won’t just give the decks because they “can’t”. Anyway, what incentive is there for them to fix it? It just means they don’t have to give free cards.

They don’t actually care. I contacted support and there are no plans to fix this. Why would they fix it if it gives away free cards?

For a very long time, I can't get new decks. No matter if I play on Windows or on my Android phone. The daily event is stuck on "waiting for a new deck, earn a New deck tomorrow" and I never get any.

My new deck quest has been stuck and i cannot collect any decks, it's been like this for months. My account is developed enough that I desperately don't want to restart.

same here. I've been absent for a while before completing the challenges for the multicolor decks. Now I'm back and it happens.
