Quick update on this issue: it's been fixed for me! I got one mythic wildcard, then I had to cast 100 spells, and I finally got all the decks + missing cards.

This issue was just fixed for me, apparently.

Same thing here. O stopped playing for a while and now I simply can't receive New decks.

It stopped working for me months ago. I stopped playing hoping some updates would go by and would fix this simple issue. Here I am today, MONTHS later, and it is still stuck on that same timer.
I just contacted the company few minutes ago. And within 5-10 minutes, I get bombarded with a ton of decks and cards on my account. But no fix the actual problem. I definitely left my feedback and concerns like they told me I could say after they updated me on the adding of my cards. But they then tell me to leave feedback here on this...
They told me they were working on a permanent solution and thanks for my patience.
I told them I didnt think they were trying very hard as it's a simple coding issue with a timer...and that shouldnt take months, and nearly a year to fix. And told asked them for real, if I should just keep coming back to get free deck daily and how ridiculous it was. And I will. I will PESTER them for free deck every day that I have time, to prove my point. maybe if you Pester them enough for a daily deck that they will get so annoyed by us all, they will finally ACTUALLY try to fix the problem . The representatives will get annoyed and then keep bothering the corporate people in charge more, and then THEY will get annoyed and the problem may finally get solved.
Seems about the only option now...
get a clue and wise up and fix the damn problem.

This is insane, how is this still not resolved...

How can you imagine people will spend money on your app while the experience is spoiled by such an obvious bug ?

My timer is also stuck

Have had this issue for months. Started playing last year but have to keep stopping because I don’t have any cards to start with as beginner decks are illegal and don’t have access to the quest decks. Have wanted to start playing this for almost a year but cannot until this is resolved. Am about ready to give up entirely

HALF A YEAR and no communication or fix for this. Just make a code for our decks

The fact that this issue hasn't even been acknowledged by WotC – except for two comments on a Reddit post – is appalling. It speaks volumes about how the company handles customer feedback. Instead of issuing an apology (and maybe giving people a few thousand coins for their trouble, or giving out codes for the stupid decks), they ignore us completely. It's really sad.

Posted a pic - came back to the game after having not played for a while, and the decks I had weren't playable, so I deleted them, but I also have this bugged. Seriously, when are you going to fix this?

My timer is also stuck at "0:00:00" and has yet to update in months. I have posted multiple times about it and have yet to have anything done about it. WOTC, get your **** together and work on your game.

It's been months since this happened to me.
After acquiring some decks from the daily missions, the icon in the low-right part of the screen started to show an hourglass and a text pop up saying: "0:00:00, waiting for new quest, earn a deck tomorrow"
My friend got the decks and I did not, so, sadly, I am probably going to quit soon if this doesn't get fixed

While my friends gained new standard decks every day with some Missions, I got an icon saying: "come back tomorrow for a new deck", but the timer is technically expired and I've got nothing. I've also tried installing the game on another phone but the problem still remains

I don't even care about the cards. Just fix the UI please. Been stuck for six months now.
