SAME ISSUE. I've nearly quit MTG altogether multiple times. I had only recently started playing a few days prior to the update (which I was ignorant to the side effects of an update up to that point). I had just unlocked my first split land deck . I was attempting to practice in game prior to spending money on IRL decks and have had a terrible experience up to this point. If I didn't trust my friends recommendation so strongly on MTG I would've left by now 100%. I figured the update caused a bug, no biggie. But after an update and a few patches I decided to look to see what's up. I wouldn't turn down some sort of bonus for the loss of progression for the past week(s). But really, I just would like it fixed. So posting this to help the cause ;)

Been 2 updates now and no fixes, just make a coupon code for the decks or something. Weeks with no constructed decks makes its hard for new players to do anything

After completing five of the new deck quests the game suddenly stopped giving me new decks to earn when I should still be able to get 5 more of them. I believe this started after a recent update with MTGA or after my game crashed once, but since then I have not been able to earn the remaining decks for my account. Is there any way to solve this issue or will those decks just be forever locked for seemingly no reason?

First off, I'm not really looking at arena as an end all be all way to play magic. Mostly, it's been a way for me to properly understand how certain gameplay mechanics work so I can better play magic with actual cards. I'm new to magic in general, so the free cards and decks I started getting once starting up with arena were a nice surprise. Using what I've unlocked so far, probably about 3 or 4 of the main decks and all 5 of the colour decks, I've been able to get up into gold tier 2 in standard ranked 2022, which I know isn't anything to brag about. But it's been fun, and getting the decks allowed me to learn more mechanics over time. That being said, since the glitch it has become less enjoyable to play arena. Every once in a while I make a bunch of new decks and try them out for fun but I'm running out of ways to make decks that aren't essentially the same deck over and over again. I'll be upfront, I haven't put a dollar into this game. I'm saving that money for physical cards which hold a lot more appeal to me. That being said, I do know that there are those who are putting money into this game, and if I were them, I would be very hesitant to sink any more money into a game which, based on this thread and others in the bug reporting area, seems to be plagued with glitches and slow response times and abnormal breakages. No app or product is perfect, but even recognizing that this is negatively affecting the new player experience for many users would go a long way to making the userbase feel appreciated, as well as making the app feel like a safer thing to spend actual money on. A lot of the comments below concerning the upcoming rotation are also extremely valid and should be addressed.

Same issue and as a new player i am bored of your slow customer service. Could play only few days and got 4-5 decks before fail update hit. I am really bored to continue playing bcs no decks=no cards=no fun. Been 9 days since i sent ticket about it and there is not even a support team handling requests as it seems. Also in 10 days rotation will come and we wont be able to complete our decks if this issue wont get fixed in time as i got. So time is running out guys, TIC TAC TIC TAC.

I swear, I joined up and within a few days had this bug. That was weeks ago and my friend and I haven't played solely cause I'm tired of my limited decks. Please fix this!
