My Deck quest for my 3rd 2 color deck is stuck at 0:00 and has been for hours

I've earned three of the dual color decks, and the earn a new deck timer for my next one is stuck at 0:00, with no new quest showing up. I have tried restarting the client, logging out and back in, uninstalling the client and reinstalling, and none of these things have worked.

The color challenge decks (White,Black, Green, Red) disappear when doing the last challenge. Not showing in deck collection either.

I'm having the same problem. I'm a new player, and after I got the first duo deck (Gruul) it got stuck at 0:00:00.
Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and it didn't fix.

This message for people who follow this issue or find it in the future: uninstalling and reinstalling the MTGA client solved the issue for me (thanks, Andrew of Technical Troubleshooting). Other possibilities were issues with a VPN / Citrix / Killer Network Service, but in my case it didn't even go that far.

I am encountering the same problem. I opened my account only a few days ago, unlocked three decks with the Daily method (Azorius Senate, Gruul Clans, and Cult of Rakdos), and since yesterday the timer is stuck at 00:00.

Here's a log file, if it helps.

I recently unlocked the Gruul Clans deck and that initiated a timer for unlocking another deck. The timer recently expired, though the "earn a new deck" quest is stuck at 0:00:00. Nothing I have tried has reset the timer or fixed the issue, including restarting the game client. I have attached my log below. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

started playing few days ago and now my quest for a new Deck stuck at 00:00.

Hi,
I have the same issue - after earning the Gruul Deck the counter went down and then got stuck at 0:00:00 while displaying the hint "Earn a new deck tomorrow".
Does this have something to do with redeeming codes before the timer reached 0 to unlock the deck following the Gruul deck?
