Having the same issue. I've tried replaying through the tutorial and replayed through the color challenges sans "The Adventurer" which receives a "Network Error - Unable to join event. Please try again later."

I thought I was just out of decks to earn, until I played this sitting next to someone who gets decks every day, and I've been playing for months without getting any more.

I was about to add the promo codes I had from my physical decks, but I guess I'm just gonna Ebay them and move on - doesn't look like this is getting fixed.

it would be appreciated if this matter could be attended too. im sure staff is low and minimally paid and this issue doesnt affect your bottom line enough to warrant its immediate attention, soo i understand...also im aware of my ability to redeem my previous cards ive bought in life. wich were plenty untill they were destroyed by roaches in a storage accident. how you accidentally let roaches into your storage unit idk but thats beside the point. i dont have access to my prior investments and have to work with in my means as well. if theres anything else i can do to help or be pro active , please let me know. thank you sincerely , your 90's baptised baptised fan.

Uninstalled a few days ago from all platforms. Sick of waiting for this to be fixed and sick of playing the single two-color deck that I unlocked before the bug halted my progress.

Its been now 3 months without any change. Please fix this issue!!

Been almost 4 months, this is probably the most reported bug since then and real serious one for who are affected by it. It simply does not let you play the game properly without cards and decks, what kinda worse bug it has to be so you decide to fix this ****?? Yet they deny to fix this. Horrible dev team, horrible company.

it is stucking at 0:00 since few months, even after the alchemy update. also I can not close Magic the gathering, it is always crashing when I exit the client.

I've had this issue since August. When I started playing today, after the Alchemy updated, Sparky highlighted the "new deck tomorrow" quest and told me to come back tomorrow to earn a new two color deck! We'll see if that actually happens...

New patch today. Bug still not fixed. WotC doesn't give a s**t about their customers.

Same error . HAs been like this for two months now.

This has sadly been broken for months, since about 3-4 days after starting my account - I believe I am highly disadvantaged due to this issue. Comparing to my partner's account, she has far more advanced decks and cards as a result of completing the colour challenges which are available to her. It hurts my desire to continue playing.
