unable to submit deck during direct challenge tournament match
Give us the steps to reproduce the bug:
-> direct challenge (tournament match - attached image 1)
-> error message appears (network error, unable to submit deck - attached image 2)
-> stuck on versus screen (attached image 3)
-> attached images 4 & 5 are screencaps of my opponents screen
Note which platform you’re using
Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
-> when direct challenging a friend for a best of 3 tournament match an error message appears, then we both get stuck on the versus screen
Enter the expected results of the feature
-> we should be able to proceed to the match. no error message should be appearing.
Still an issue in August 2023... not sure what fix to try - any suggestions?

I can't believe they're depending on us to fix the problem ourselves. Tech support told me to search the forums for an answer, 95% of these threads have not been solved.
