Did not recieve mythic card from mastery pass upon hitting level
Did not receive mythic card from mastery pass upon hitting level 62 of the mastery pass. No prompt after the game in which I reached that level.

I did not get a reword upon reaching lvl 59 and lvl 62, on the mastery pass. These are two mythic card rewords.
