Reaching Mythic rank sets ranks to Beginner
Steps to reproduce:
-> Reach Mythic (was in Limited for me)
Platform: PC
Actual results I'm experiencing: my Limited and Constructed rank both show as Beginner Tier 0, both in and out of game. When I win a game, I get no update to my rank afterwards - only a "Victory" screen.
Expected results: profile and in-game should display Mythic tier and rank; end of game screen should update numerical rank.
Obviously this is really bad :D

Just adding additional information. I finally got a response on my support ticket, to which they said:
"These issues you have reported has been sent up to the developers to review."

Been 10 days for some people since this bug was declared
My ticket is unanswered for 4 days and i know they will ask me to be patient nothing more
We can't play at all ,no ranks , no progress, no quest
Because not many players hit mythic this exact week and had the bug we don't have a lot of vote in this thread so its not seen as a huge problem

we don't care about midnight hunt event,about jumpstart,about magic showcase 2021 because you need to put more people on stability system instead of creating content every week when the last huge technical problem are not yet sorted out -

@razwit this bug prevents from any event progress, even non-ranked ones.
Don't spend gold/gems as long as you're affected by this bug

Just wanted to provide a bit more info --- This bug just happened to me, and as an additional bug I have won the same round in a quick draft 3 times now. Arena will not let me progress on the win bar. I'm just sitting at 5 wins having won one more than the event allows for. I won't know until I start a new event, but it seems possible that I'm not able to actually play events now.

I can now confirm this is not just a display bug. I went 3-3 in the cube draft, but my draft didn't end and I didn't get rewards. The win/loss counters never go up. I've played like 10 games now and gone 5/5 with no changes to rank or rewards.

I hit Mythic in limited on September 3rd and ever since, my ranks for both limited and constructed are showing as 'beginner tier 0' and I neither gain nor lose anything for wins or losses, my quests do not gain any progress, and I do not get rewards for participating in events. As a result I'm effectively unable to play, please advise.

Fun fact: Our wins and losses don't register, but they do for opponents. Is Wizards going to prioritize fixing this if we just start insta-conceding to feed everyone wins?

My rank is still at beginner after a full day of playing the draft that never ended, your wins and losses don't move your rank doesn't even start to rank up from beginner it just sits, ive done everything from clearing app cache to reinstalling, and resigning and logging out in-game. I've seen no response to this I've seen no expected actions players are losing their minds from how many are experiencing this, we can play games that mean nothing and waste gems on drafts.... ANSWER FOR YOUR CRIME!!!!!

I share you the answer I got from customer service today... Really hope MTGA team will prioritize this as the number of affected people should increase...
Also told the customer service that they should communicate about the "risk" reaching mythic in limited...

I can’t believe this is still happening or even being responded to or acknowledged. Been 4 days for me and I can’t play, same with all the best/most dedicated players on Arena. Way to treat your best customers wizards….
Anyway, seriously doubt I’ll play as much or even buy into arena at all after this.

I’ve been trying to report this for a week with nothing. I expect no action to be taken anytime soon. It’s only been 8 days now since my account got like this with 0 actions or acknowledgment from wizards
