Reaching Mythic rank sets ranks to Beginner
Steps to reproduce:
-> Reach Mythic (was in Limited for me)
Platform: PC
Actual results I'm experiencing: my Limited and Constructed rank both show as Beginner Tier 0, both in and out of game. When I win a game, I get no update to my rank afterwards - only a "Victory" screen.
Expected results: profile and in-game should display Mythic tier and rank; end of game screen should update numerical rank.
Obviously this is really bad :D

While I'm glad the people here are getting some compensation, it just helps prove how ridiculously random and arbitrary WotC reimbursement policies are. How about giving me what I paid for a year ago? I'm still waiting...

yeah I just got granted 10K gems as compensation, and so the affected account did. But I just wonder if it’s fair enough for somebody stuck for 2 weeks or more?

I was awarded 10,000 gems as compensation. Not sure if it's automatic or if you need a ticket, I had a ticket open.

I didn't experience this specific bug but I experience a bunch of game breaking bugs over the last month. Can I also have gem compensation or is it only for people experience this specific issue?

Ranking is back now. Sad that I lost all the gems from the draft I was playing when the bug occurred, though. Also that I couldn’t complete any daily quests or play any drafts for a few days :-(

They need to give us compensetion. I lost a lot. Mastery progress, 2 weeks of daily quest and most important 2 weeks without playing !!!!

They're not compensating anyone for ****. They set my ticket to "resolved" without any response or action. Others are getting explicit answers that they are not being compensated. Wouldn't want to set the precedent that people are entitled to be able to actually use the service they paid for.

Wizards of the Coast terms of service. They feel like there can be no legal repercussions no matter how they handle this situation… Disgusting and Shameful!
