The game reports that I am at bronze rank 0 because I didn't play any ranked match, which is not true. I've been playing for a couple of days now, but I have the account since the beta I think.

Whenever playing any form of ranked, no matter how many times I win in a row, my rank never changes from Bronze 0 (unranked.) I experience this when using my iPhone XS Max and MacBook Pro. The rank is not changing, even though I have played at least a dozen ranked matches. I currently have no workaround.

Same problem. Messaged customer support and they added my vote to a topic with 5 votes from 2 years ago. Customer support must be spread real thin right now. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Still not fixed as of 9/24/2021.

yep, can't rank up and stuck at tier 0 as well as everybody else... this sucks!
played at least 15 standard ranked matches today and the game mocks me by saying "you must play at least one match this season to receive your season rewards"
what's the point if I can't progress?

I spent 200 euro just as I created the account (didnt know of this bug obviously), JUST to realize I can't rank up. Nice

Bugged for me too. Stuck in Bronze 0 despite alot of wins. Very frustrating as have spent money on this game.

I won more than 4 straight standard ranked matches and my rank doesn't change from "Bronze Tier 0".

I already spent money on the game and it's very frustrating not beeing able to rank up.

No matter how many games in win in standard ranked my rank remains at bronze 0.

Also a new player, also spent a considerable amount to have a somewhat competitive deck. I apparently still haven't played a ranked match according to game and am stuck at bronze 0, even though like others I have played and won quite a few ranked matches the past 3 weeks I've played.
