Mine has not moved for weeks. Woukd love to see a fix and to be given atleast platinum level

I'm in the same boat. It's now been three months that I can't rank in constructed. I've tried multiple types of constructed decks, but it still changes nothing.

March now and not fixed for me

I rank fine in limited, but nothing in constructed, and I play standard events, alchemy events and ranked best of 1's....no progress this season.

Agreed now March same problem persists

I've been playing the whole month but my rank is not going anywhere. Stuck on Silver!

Same issue... except I was able to reach Platinum Tier 4 prior to the level up stall out. So, I at least have a little competition, but this will effect my ultimate ranking for the end of February assuming I would not lose out on all my future games this month. And who knows what will happen next month, likely be stuck in the Bronze Tier like ya all are already.

Playing on PC with Windows. Even reached out to the "wizards" help desk. They kept sending me the same link to the games that qualify for ranking increase. Hmmm... I have been playing for years in RANKED matches and have not changed, but now, ever since the Kamigawa release, I am not advancing in ranks. The support person said that I have not been playing RANKED games. Right... I have been playing the same RANKED formats and have not changed. MTGA needs to focus on fixing this obvious bug rather than BS "support" responses that blame the user for not ranking up.

My season rank isn t updating. I’ve been stuck at bronze 0 since the new season started, bit I’ve won many games. Please advise.

First fix this, then recompensation is in place.

Same with me, did not get any rewards for the January season, although I played a lot in standard. Now it's still stuck at bronze tier 4. Please fix this. Windows 10.

Would be even nicer to hear any word from official side that they are aware of this bug and are working on fixing it...

Same problem (Mac). Since the Alchemy update, I'm stuck in the Constructed format at Bronze. Kamigawa ND will be available soon and there is no chance to rank up :( ...
I have tried a reinstallation without success.

I reported this problem as a general query a few weeks ago as thought it could be a deliberate policy change but was told not. It started for me since Alchemy release. Ranking reset today and only Bronze rewards for me in constructed. Not too worried about a couple of packs, although over the long term it could prove significant if this is not fixed. Of more concern is that playing continually against Bronze level players is not helping me know how well or badly I am playing so that I can improve my game. It is still not working for me today after the rank reset. I am hoping that it is sorted once the new set is released.

Where has this been fixed? I've had this issue for ages now and can't seem to find a solution. Would love some form of compensation for this.

I've had this problem for 2 seasons now. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. Still, no matter what I do, My rank never changes. No matter what I play, My rank doesn't change. I typically play a lot and rank between platinum and mythic. I've been at Bronze 0 for ages now and I can't seem to do anything about it.

So any updates here? Why does this site even exist if you're not going to do anything about it. We didn't even get a response at least.

Alchemy update seems to be when this bug started for me. I played alchemy and got ranks, and standard worked too. Then they both stopped improving ranks.
I looked online to see if Standard was no longer ranked? Doesn't seem to be an intentional change.

Seems like rank works with Quickdraft, just not Standard or Alchemy. Please fix?

compensation would be nice
