I have the same problem with MTG Arena here.

After I made a standard game - ranked it is not registered by the game and in my profile remains the hint that I should make a ranked game.
I have tried several solutions:
Log out and log in again -> No success
Reinstalled the game -> no success
The game was installed on Android -> No success
I logged on to a computer where a player can play ranked games without problems -> No success.

In desperation, I then created a new account using my second email address and struggled through the tutorial and color challenges again.
I then started a ranked game as before and although I lost, the system registered that I completed a ranked game and was placed in Bronze level 4.
This had me so amazed that I logged out directly and logged in with the non-functioning account.
I started again a rated game but... the program shows me again that I should play a rated game :-(

The account that is not working is an old account that was created when MTG Arena was released.

The working one is now a few days old but unfortunately it is missing cards, XP and gold.

Yeah great support system, when you file a ticket they just send you to this post LMFAO

I sent a ticket and they sent me this forum, ok, I saw that there are people with the same problem as me, but what about the solution? lost my account?

Confirmed. This is an issue for me as well. I have an account that I created for the alpha/beta testing of this application. Only this past week (Sep. 6, 2021) did I start playing the game again. I made a new deck which I've been playing in Standard Ranked and I have not seen any progress go toward my rank at all. Win or lose there is no observable status change. I still remain at Bronze Tier 0.

Same problem here. I hit Mythic in Limited today. Qualified last month. Could that have something to do with it?

I'm having problem in ranked progression: I'm winning some matches but I'm still in Bronze 0

Have played many «Standard Ranked» and «Standard 2022 Ranked». No matter if I win or loose, there is no indications that I’m gaining any ranking. It is stuck at Bronze Tier 0.
This is on an iPad Pro running latest iOS.
Have also tried on iPhone and Mac using same account.
Same problem on all platforms.

I am also experiencing this and it is so annoying that we are not getting updated.

Good Evening, In the last days I have played a lot of standard ranked game and won the majority of these (30-40). My rank have never improved, is always Bronze 0.
The situation is blocked for weeks. I can't use event and can't access to the prizes I would have earned by rank.
If the problem can't be fixed yet I ask a refund of these prizes.

cant lvl up in any ranked match, my game keeps on zero. i have finished all the begginer missions and deck missions, but yet cant lvl up my rank.

1. Reach Mythic in Limited

2. PC

3. Limited and Constructed rank are reset to "beginner tier 0". Not able to make progress or have results from games registered. Played 1 limited match after, got paired against a platinum player, won, but resulted wasn't registered.

4. Being placed in mythic and able to continue playing.
