Same here but on silver

Alchemy update seems to be when this bug started for me. I played alchemy and got ranks, and standard worked too. Then they both stopped improving ranks.
I looked online to see if Standard was no longer ranked? Doesn't seem to be an intentional change.

Seems like rank works with Quickdraft, just not Standard or Alchemy. Please fix?

The bug is back for me since the Alchemy update...
Only in Construct, Limited seems to function.

All the people who got the now fixed bug Bronzie Tier 0 needs to be refunded for all the months and prizes lost.

I think that giving something like the Gold/Mythic prizes for the lost months would be a nice way to compensated the afflicted users.

Now we need a compensation.

Three months dealing with this bug, and they FINALLY fix it and then basically sweep it under the rug. No compensation for the people it affected. Disgraceful.

Seems fixed. No compensation for three months of a bug though. I'll go play something else. Don't think I've ever had a worse customer support experience.

I think that everyone who has had to endure this bug should be compensated with gems since we have been unable to use our account for months.

Well FINALLY, this was solved after 2months of struggle and harassing the very inefficient customer support. Thank you I guess ?

I have the same problem last played a year ago came back to the game a few days ago after a dozen Standard Ranked games winning about half I realized my rank didn't go up thinking ok maybe it needs time to update or I was bad. the next day I win 5 of 7 of my STANDARD ranked games thinking surly I have to rank up I stopped playing ANY ranked games and its been 2 days and still ranked bronze tier zero.

I too have this issue. Please give us some gems or wildcards to make up for all the missed rewards and not getting to participate! Thanks!

Same bug here. No matter how many games I win on ranked mode, I keep stuck on bronze tier 0. Please, fix ASAP

Its been claimed it will be fixed on the 11th of Novemeber. So lets hope for the best and if it isn't make some noise.
