Bug ranked

My rank is always Bronze Tier 0 for 3 months...

Hey we need will help with this ASAP, it's unbelievable. Just reset our account un gave us back all our current cards and wildcards

Looking at the first posted about this bug. It's dated March of 2020. Does your software have Covid or are your developers and IT department complete IDIOTS?

I've recently just encountered this bug, but no matter how many games I win in ranked mode I cannot rank out of bronze tier 0. A lot of people have the same issue too, and it's a shame especially since I spent money on this game.

I have won several matches in the standard rank and my rank is still not raising. Please fix this issue it is reall annoying.

I have played over 10 ranked matches after recently getting back into MTG Arena. The current issue I have just witnessed is that I'm gaining no rank.. I am forever Bronze with no tier.. I used to play this game in beta an never had an issue then compared to now. Is there any fix for this issue? I honestly would like to gain some ranks..

Wow, thought I was alone for so long. I keep getting copy paste responses to my tickets, at first the bug kept getting resolved under different issues and I would communicate the problem in incredible detail with multiple screen shots to back up my claims and it was dismissed as another known error. I thought I might be compensated in some way for spending $70-$80 on drafts to never level or earn rewards. Not to mention building decks with only intention of leveling up in ranked..

Hi, my account it´s stuck in bronze tier zero no matter how much wins I get

Stuck at bronze rank 0 and no way to rank up.

No matter how many standard ranked games i play, my rank stays on 0.. how can i or wotc fix this?

Ofc I want my rank increased so I would like to ask if this could be done still.

Same as many 100s of other players stuck at bronze tier 0, so frustrating i thought it was me missing something in the game but no its a massive issue that plaguing the game for a large amount of players.
looking back there are people who have had this for ever and the developers have not been listening.
personally i have put money into the game and think its outrageous that it has not been addressed more proactively, the whole issue is being swept under the carpet and falling on deaf ears.
wake up and listen we are the people that keep this game alive don't push us to move away because you don't want to listen

Already contacted customer support but they Just told they were aware of the bug.
It's been month, FIX THIS ISSUE

Someone posted a screenshot of his conversation with WotC support and they told him that it probably will be fixed mid November with the release of crimson vow. Do more of you get information like these from the support team?

New season out and still without change. Still same issue. I feel little bit betrayed. 1 month after and no rewards at all.
