I cannot advance in rank beyond Bronze 0. It is unconscionable that you have not fixed this issue yet. I will not spend any more money in this game until this issue is solved.

Can NOT rank up stuck at bronze zero even after waiting for the season reset. This is very frustrating and makes the game feel like a waste of time if not able to earn rewards or gain rank. This need to be fixed or your going to start alienating your player base.

This is a sad bug that has been plaguing the game for quite some time now. Had a friend with this issue and his went back to normal after a season reset. Now I do the same thing andddd...still bugged. For how big this company is I doubt they really care a handful out of their fan base have an issue. At least that is what I am getting when after submitting the ticket to get directed to here. "It appears that this issue has already been reported to us. Using our Bug feedback site we have added your vote to the bug titled bronze tier 0. For future bug reports, updates, and insights you can view and enter them directly through our feedback site." This may be the last time I play arena. I have played MTG for an extremely long time and was thrilled when arena hit. I was able to rank back when it first launched. Got a new computer and now this... This is hands down the second most frustrating bug I have ever encountered with a game. Mind you a LIVE game. I would not see this as an issue if this was beta or alpha but LIVE?! I take it back Frustrating is an understatement. Here are my two screenshots for the start of this season today. Not once did my rank from Bronze 0 move at all from all the Standard Ranks that I have won over the losses.

I started playing about a week ago, and I've played plenty of games. Checked now if the season change made any difference, but sadly it didn't.
Posting logs from before and after the season swapped.

Same bug here. Is it too hard for Wizards of the Coast to take a look at the problem and change some lines of code?

The problem is affecting a considerable part of your players and is making it difficult to use one of the most important features in the entire game that is ranked plays.

If WoC wants to compete in the eSports field, it has to put in the time and investment and make its product better for players. It is not possible that you guys don't have a UX person in there.

I report this issue for more than 1months and this is not already fix ? 2d time without grinding lader ?without season's reward ? we're not getting compensated ?

Same bug. Won 10 games and still stuck as if i've never played one.

I'm experiencing the same problem and it's very frustrating

I got a reply from a Customer Service Supervisor that says they will have this bug fixed on 11/11 with the Crimson Vow update.

However we're not getting compensated or refunded if you wanted to make a new account, etc. And I'm like, do I even believe them with the ****** response we've all received?
