same problem here, still no solution?

I started to play magic about two week ago. I tried to play ranked, but After a lot of game won my tier Is stuck to bronze 0.
The game says that i must play a game in this season to get the rank and the reward

game just updated, but no solution yet... sadly, the company gives no explanation.

No matter how many wins I win, I stay in standard ranked bronze 0 ... I've invested a lot of time and money. I hope the problem can be solved.

Same here. Is pent 200 euro in gems to build a constructed deck, to realize I have this bug and I'm not able to rank up. They won't refund the money. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Yea I've had the same bug since I started playing 2 weeks ago. I thought it had to do with the season being over. But, even with the update still bugged. Wizard has told me they are trying to fix the problem, but nothing they can do at this time. Just sucks cause I just dropped around $80 on the game.

Same here... No matter if I win or I lose...

My account is around 1 month old. I have played 40-50 ranked games. However, my profile still states: "you must play a game this season to unlock ranked rewards" No matter how many ranked games I play "you must play a ranked game this season to unlock ranked rewards". Please help! Thanks.

New player and having played 50-100 games in various ranked modes my rank has made no changes and still shows that I must "play at least one game...". I'm not buying anything until this is resolved or at the very least acknowledged that it is being worked on. Is this an account issue? A reinstall situation? I'd prefer to not lose my collection and decks....

bit of backstory... I created my mtga account about a year ago and played a small amount on it, not even getting past the tutorial. Last week I got back into the game, completed the color challenges, and played a lot of ranked games. Despite winning ranked games, my rank is still at bronze tier 0. After update dropped people who have been having this issue after reaching mythic seem to have this resolved but I am still stuck at bronze 0.

Still having this issue after the update on the 16th.

Same problem here. Haven't played in a long time and came back to it having me do the tutorial and color challenge, now it's not letting me get rank points.

I am having the same issue with my account despite 15 or so games played. Win or loss my account remains the same.

Same Problem here it also includes playing Drafts! Dosnt matter if u win or lose u wont progress in the draft was on 6 wins for like 7 games no fun to not be able to recieve ur rewards at all.

I find it unacceptable that this has been open for 2 weeks and there are no updates from Wizards. Acknowledge the problem and let us know that you're taking it seriously.

I can deal with the occasional crashes and instability, but this is a persistent problem that blocks us from interacting with core features of a game that we've invested money into.

Won a few in a row and thought there was a qualification system, however after looking online I saw that this is not the case. I hope to actually gain ranked points thank you for your time.

New player, rank will not increase with wins in Standard Play Constructed. Shows that I have not played any games even after a few dozen games, mostly wins.
