En la cuenta me sale lo de Begginer 0, no me van los eventos ni puedo hacer ranked. Tengo miedo de que eso haga que no pueda jugar el Open de este fin de semana.

Same problem, it's frustrating we have to vote for that to be fixed. Support only gave link to this. Literally unplayable.

Support responded to me with "Yea we know its a bug, ok bye!" So seeing as there's been reports here for atleast a year of this being a problem, I'd say we're pretty ******.

My MTG Arena, Constructed Rank is stuck at Bronze Tier 0, I have played multiple ranked matches (Singles, Traditional, and Historic) I've won multiple matches but still remain at Bronze 0 and when I check my profile screen for my season rewards it is saying that I still have to play a ranked match to earn rewards.

I've had support respond to a completely irrelevant ticket (and very fast may I add), but my report for this issue has been ignored.

We know the game is on fire through people's posts online. You'd at least think they'd go through the trouble of acknowledging this. This is so frustrating.

I'm been playing ranked all day and winning probably 75% of my games and my rank hasn't moved from unranked. It's still saying I haven't played a game yet

I have the same issue and I've done pretty much exactly what you've done when you started playing. (Tutorial/ Color challenges) The screenshots are exactly what mine looks like too.

Same issue. No matter where I look people all write that they get no response from wizards.
Hope they get all of the bugs fixed anytime soon, this is starting to get a bit frustrating.

I always stay on bronze tier 0. No matter if I win or lose. It never changes. Please help me to advance my rank tier. Hope you could identify my ID from the log.

i just started playing mtg arena a few days ago. i compelted all the colour challenges and wanted to do some ranks. somehow i dont get a season rank. i played like 20 standard ranked games but under profile it still says: bronze tier 0 you must play a game this season to receive your season reward.
