Issue with gameplay timer
Opponent was playing GW lifegain deck and every creature they cast caused a massive stack of triggers. I had to wait 5-10 min everytime it was their turn for everything to resolve. On my turn my timer ran out 40 sec in while actively playing cards and i wasn't given my timeout. Im not sure if/whose timer was malfunctioning. I lost because i couldn't play cards as fast as they could put triggers on the stack. If you are going to have a turn timer then have an actual turn timer. Give both players the same amount of time or at least the same amount of inactive time. Something like 30 seconds of inactivity that doesn't start counting down until 10 seconds after the last action taken. People shouldn't be penalized for actively playing.

Just letting everyone know. As of 10/10/2023 this is still an issue.
I just had an opponent who ran minions and would summon them on my turn. He summoned over 100 with an artifact (I don't remember the card name) but he did this as a reaction to a card I played. This for some reason counted as my timer and I lost my turn and died the very next, despite having a field wipe in my hand.

I completely agree. This happens way too often and I lose the game. I recently play ed a best of 3 match and did not get through game one before time ran out on me. I even tried passing my turn but this did not help. I sent support a request asking if there is a way to auto put counters on and they sent me to this forum.
