NEED HELP PLEASE !
I am experiencing a problem since the latest "Innistrad" update : I can't seem to be able to log in to my account. Whenever I try to do so, I am sent to a black screen which says "Connection Lost", and when I click "Reconnect", there comes another black screen with an "Authentication problem"... I have tried every usual solution (restarting the game / the computer (PC / Windows 8) / re-installing the game with the latest .msi...) and none worked.
I know you've been updating the game quite often lately, and many players have had issues with their accounts, and I can understand that you're busy... but I must admit, with all the recent issues I've been experiencing with MTGA's last updates, my patience is really running low (not mentioning the fact that I start one game every six or seven games and matchmaking always makes me come against the same deck types...). So if you value your customers (because as far as players are concerned I'm starting to think you really don't care), please, could you at least answer my message.
A happy player of the card game, and not-so-happy customer of the videogame...
