Algorithm Improvement
I'm sure you're getting a lot of complaints about how one-sided your algorithm is not being impartial and often times screwing over players with land draws that should not be happening in a purely random sample - so my complaint can be added to that pile.
But, an idea for changing the algorithm to improve randomization would be having the program assign a number to each card remaining in a deck and pile shuffling the cards into X amount of piles (let's say 6). It can repeat this process Y amount of times then take the middle of the pile and put those cards on top. A better template would be from the card shuffler for poker sets from stores.

This game is the most hyper pay to win ******** system in the history of all games. You pay just as much or more for virtual cards than you do real ones and in the beginning before you spend over $50 for a mediocre ******** deck that might be somewhat competitive, the QUES ARE ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. If I'm playing with the garbage quest-given decks, why the **** que me up with some mouth breathing try hard who spent too much money on a dumb ******* mill deck. The ques for entry-level players should more balanced. Why que up games that are going to be absolutely one sided, its a waste of time for both players. Wizards have always been mouth breathing capitalist cucks, but this game just solidifies it as a system that's all-together better ignored. The cost of all these virtual cards shouldn't be what the actual cards are worth. The company not only gets to overcharge you for subpar and lack luster art, but they block all value you could retain by selling back the cards to the market or trading them for cards you actually need. Overall, **** experience as a potential new player.. overall garbage experience

We need just a real random in play queue. I play control, i get matched agains only control, i switch to aggro, i get only aggro oppenent. I want different match-up. I'm fed up of this.

Hello,
really very often I get ( as a casual gamer with avarage decks) opponents with top-tier decks slamming the mythic and epic cards around - with no chance at all to win a game.
You should really do something here to do a kind of casual player matchmaking or so.
To play ever and ever again agains players with nearly unlimited top-decks is frustrating and in some time I will stop playing or investing any money in the game.

WotC only cares about making money from a small group of people. They are upsetting the vast majority of their customer base to cater to the top 10% of paying customers. It is a perfect analogy for the demise of late stage capitalism is full effect. Don't give them anymore money, only solution.

I think they are intentionally trying to upset their entire player base. They only want to please people who spend over $1,000 a month, everyone else can go get ******.

The algorithm used to choose random opponents is in dire need to a fix. In the month of October, it seems that I won only 8% of my games (to include a 18-game losing streak in ranked play). I have no doubts that you can look at my match history over the past month. I would like someone to take a honest look at what's going on and give an honest answer as to why the win rate is so low. I know I'm not alone here.

In current season, I played 307 games, of those 170 on the draw, 33 more games than on the play, more than 10% bias in favor of draw. This is beyond the reasonable standard distribution and shows bias in the matchmaking algorithm.

Same here (in ranked), untill my winrate goes down to 50% i'm going second most of the time, in bo1 especially.

yeah, it has to be equal with someone else. Im one of the people who should not start a game... more than 3 times my opponent could start and then, one time i could (most with a crapy hand). And i play decks which plays a lot of people.
This algorhythm is broken in my oppinion. This should be fixed! -

The problem is that Wizards REFUSES to ban certain cards that make the game unplayable for the rest of us. These idiots go and build ALL RARE and LEGENDARY decks and we can not even complete our dailies because they purposely prevent us from doing so by playing even after they have completed their dailies in the play only que ... not the ranked ... the play que where they will get nothing except to stop the rest of us . You people at wizards are complete and utter moronic idiots

I have no idea why I play this ******* game anymore. All its doing is making me want to put my fist through my screen.
If I could ask a favor, but could I please be allowed to win a ******* game once in a while instead of constantly being matched against decks that seem designed to literally **** me **********?

This game is getting more frustrating all the time, I have to wait a minute and then am paired against a deck specifically designed to counter mine... where is the random game play? We should not have algorithms for non ranked play, this is a game where in real life you sit down with a random person and a random deck, this needs to be addressed, or I quit!

This is so annoying. I don't know what is wrong with simply making it a coin flip, like it is supposed to be.

I had the only three mana that were in my starting hand, and didn't receive any more mana during my match. I have read that people say the algorithm makes it entirely random at all times I call B.S. on that. I am getting "Mana Draughts" and "Mana Floods" on a constant basis costing me matches on Ranked constantly. Another played posted their log showing they too didn't receive any additional mana during their match and had someone calculate the odds giving them a 1 in a 1,000,000 chance of happening and yet people were defending these odds. Why? Did you know the odds of you drowning in a bath tub are 685,000 to 1? There are higher odds of drowning in a f-ing tub than drawing no mana! Wow....
Check out my log and see for yourself.

Please adjust the matchmaking process for ranked games to be truly random.
It's common consensus that the matchmaking should be random for ranked games, but experience and player feedack seems to show otherwise.
I can understand the rigged matchmaking for the Play queue (which I dislike as well), but for ranked it just seems aweful and obviously rigged at times to be mirror matches or at least similar decks. One cannot adjust to a meta, if the experienced meta doesn't reflect the true meta.
As soon as I craft a deck to adjust for the decks I face, the following decks I'm facing are completly different to the point where adjusting your deck becomes useless.
