The pleasure of a format like brawl is to face a large varity of decks but actually while playing historic brawl it's always same commander facing same kind of decks !!! I think you should give an option for some players to unallow any kind of pairings, or give like 1/4 of the games can be a challenge against lower or better deck so it's a bit more variety ?
