This card is long overdue for a ban. If the insight from your own championships running more than half of the decks with Alrund's isn't enough of a reason, then the user experience of playing against it should be.

It's an ultimately insufferable experience to sit there for galvanic iteration over Alrund's. If WoTC hasn't actually tried it, I encourage you to sit down, and actually experience the full nausea inducing boredom incurred by Alrund's.

Foretell makes it extremely hard to get rid of, and decks in Standard are now encouraged to race to beat it, or give up and play Alrund's yourself. The standard meta is completely skewed into Monowhite aggro, or Alrund's. VOW isn't going to help, so let's call it what it is, extra turns don't have a place in magic (as if history hasn't already proven that), and it's time for it be removed.
