PURCHASE PLANESWALKER PACKAGE

On 11/27/2021, I purchased a 4000 gold planeswalker bundle, but despite the fact that the coins have been scaled, the planeswalkers purchased are not in my collection.
I have already opened the ticket n ° 2259053 but I have not received any reply.

2/16/23, I bought two ooze cards, I received one of them (cost 2400 gp, consuming blob), but not the second card (1200 gp, I can’t remember the exact name, it was an ooze). The gold was taken out of my account though. I’d like the card or at least my gold returned please

Same exact problem happened to me. Ate my 4000 coins for Tasha and Minsc bundle but i didnt get the cards.

I dont have the cardstyles either.

This was with the ios app

This exact issue happened to me. It said I would get both the cards and the styles, and I have neither. Additionally, the good I used to buy it has disappeared.

These are card styles. If you don't own copies of the cards you won't be able to use them
