Can't Add Alchemy Esika's
When I try to add the rebalanced Esika's Chariot to an Alchemy deck, it adds the non-Alchemy version. I own copies of Esika's, and can add other Alchemy cards such as Faceless Haven, but not Esika's Chariot.

When I add an Esika's Chariot in a new alchemy deck, It add the basic Esika's Chariot without the A icon instead of the Alchemy one I select. See screenshot.
and styles of the deck box (Esika's chariot image) are different in main deck page and deck detail page (see other screenshot 2).

What Esak wrote above checks out - adding the showcase version of the re-balanced card adds the normal version instead.

Same thing is happening with me. Reddit offers the solution of changing card art as some were missed from including the new Alchemy version but all art versions are doing the same thing when I try to add.

Same here. I figured out that if I switched the card style back to it's normal style, it would then allow me to add it to the deck
