Offer full refund to customers who feel that they have had purchases stolen from them, before closing their accounts.
The new Alchemy "product" has seriously harmed long time customers of Magic the gathering arena, as purchases made since the historic format was launched, advertised as a "eternal" format are no longer available in the format they were intended for.
If this change is not going to be rolled back, offer customers a full refund on all purchases made, due to the clearly false advertising that historic cards were always going to be made available for play.
