Mystic forge not working entirely
The card mystic forge is not letting me play any artifacts off the to of my deck, and it doesn't seem to be applying cost reduction from cards like Jhoira's Familiar

I have lost ranked games due to not being able to play from the top of my deck allowing me to untap artifacts, gain life, and repeat the process of playing and drawing

It won't let me play from the top of my deck at all and it makes playing much harder than it was before.
