I can confirm. Playing on Windows . Vengeful Strangler death trigger didn't trigger after being killed by Frost Bite and the enchantment was not created. Screen recording: https://imgur.com/a/G8zy7yS

Playing quick draft on android. Vengeful strangler did not transform into curse of strangulation on death. Was killed once by combat damage, resurrected and sacrificed. Neither time did it transform
