A land's casting cost is not an ability
A land's casting cost is not an ability yet an enchantment can remove the casting cost? If anything is an ability then producing mana is and should be removed. Better yet just ban bloodsun

Lands dont have casting costs. Blood Sun removes all non mana abilities from lands, which includes triggered abilites like Lotus Field has
