Unable to tap land after playing reckless impulse
While playing my premiere draft I played reckless impulse and played a land card from it. I was then unable to tap that land for any mana throughout my turn. Caused a loss for me as I was counting on that mana to complete my turn.

During a game in Premiere Draft event the game suddenly did not allow me to Tap a newly played land, nor could I even target that land with Grafted Growth.
The following turn, that land was tappable, however the game would NOT let me play a land from my hand for the turn.
