Purchased Card - Gem transaction occured but did not get the product
As title said, I bought a card with gems that was on sale the other day. It was an Orcus card, the transaction occured but I do not own the card.

you cant buy cards in the store with gems, you likely purchased a card "style" which is just a prettier version of a card. You still have to own the card, though
