Failed to enter draft properly
I entered a Double Feature draft.
After the queue phase was complete, I was not entered into the actual draft. I believe the screen said "connecting". This lasted so long that I realised that the picks must have started. I restarted my client. I attach a screenshot of the draft in this phase: I could see my first two picks (which had been auto-picked by Arena) and I could see that it was my turn. However, I was still not presented with any cards to pick from.
I restarted the client a second time and the rest of the draft proceeded normally, but I had missed four picks.
My computer was not suffering any network difficulties of any kind as this happened. I have done thousands of drafts previously and this has never happened before.
I request that my account is refunded for this ruined draft. I also see that someone else has posted about this issue in the last few minutes so I guess it is a new problem that has been introduced to the client.
