Players use Concede during sideboarding to take advantage on ladder
For months, more and more players concede while sideboarding (using ESC+concede), taking an advantage of the partial result, especially if the match-up is bad for them.
Yesterday only, on 6 duels, it happened to me 3 times.
The software keeps only the present results match after match, instead of the whole Bo3 result. Which brings clearly to cheating behavior as players are now doing so take advantage of the system failure. Herebelow are some conceding exemples:
1 / Player A concedes while sideboarding at 1-0 : he wins on the score of 1-0 and get one rank brick. Doing so, no chance for player B to catch-up with a proper sideboard strategy as it's Bo3 !
2 / Player A concedes while sideboarding at 0-1 : he is "sanctioned" with only 1 rank brick loss. Totally unfair for player B who should have the 2-0 victory.
3 / Player A concedes at 1-1 : duel result is considered as a draw for both players.
So on player concede half way on a Bo3 duel, and still, he/she get or a partial rank win, or a draw, whether he/she should lose it all.
There is a void here. Huge and unfair. And some players are taking advantage of this to climb the ladder. This is cheating and it needs to be fixed ASAP. Thanks for reading

But it's not fixed.

Even for a casual player such as myself. I like to have my 4 wins per day. This issue forces me at 3wins to play for a whole BO3 while I should have logically already been at 4wins or at least had the chance to finish the current BO3.

It's not spirit on Magic THE GATHERING.

This is the main route to qualify for the MIQ each month.
WOTC promise us the chance to "Rank up in MTG Arena and you could compete at an upcoming Championship. Start honing your skills today and embark on a path to glory."
With a glitched system it seems tha most important skill to hone is exploiting the cheat.... -

The only negative potential impact of this ticket is the possibility for cheaters to discover this failure.
As Lord Hebus said, it has been reported several times, please fix it !

Thanks for this summary of the situation.
The bug is really impacting the way how people progress in the ladder and it is very frustrating@support
As it should been fixed since the December patch, can we know when it will really be fixed?
