Update the packet selection history is not working correctly. All of my offered selections have been chosen previously. At least 4-5 packs from OJT have NEVER been offered, 3-4 from MCM have NEVER been offered.

Update, I just played the Jump In event and the packs offered are ALL definitely ones that I have selected in the past. Additionally no packs were offered from at least the last 2 sets which I have not selected and have the least collection %. Packet selection history or logs appear to be not functioning properly or not saved correctly. Disappointing

Why does this bug still exist? OTJ and still encountering this. Such a drain of gold to get the new packs when they should be auto-offered when all the others are already picked!!

The same issue currently exists for the new Outlaws of Thunder Junction packets.
I was offered no of the new packets. I have drafted all the packs from the other sets before.

Please fix this one!

Same thing for me with OTJ. I jotted down the themes I encountered (7 of the 10), and next Jump In I started, I had to choose from Secrets, Cultists, Prototype--and I've already picked all those themes when those sets launched.

I was missing Mounts, Graveyard, Casting from OTJ, but was not offered any of them.

This issue just started happening to me as of OTJ release. It was working properly for me in the previous set (MKM), and I was able to finish choosing all packets I hadn't chosen before. Now when OTJ dropped, none of my first round options have been from this newest set after having played twice.

Update issue is still not fixed. Playing Jump In with the new MKM packs and I have not been given the option of any 1/2 pack in the set. I have played around 20 times and they are not offered! WOTC support please investigate

Still an issue as of MKM release. Have yet to select Detectives, Evidence, Gadgets, Undercover, or S-l-i-m-e Against Humanity. Just had 2 back to back Jump ins where I was offered 6 packs that I had chosen previously from other sets

Hi WOTC first jump in pack is still not giving option of the new set or unselected packs. Please fix!

It is 2023 and the bug still exists (or has come back). Wizards please address this!

I always knew this was an issue for some time and appears not resolved. I keep track of the decks i pick and rare cards still needed for the collection. With the Phyrexia: all will be one set release after playing a few times I was not allowed to select Contagion and Synthesized. "At least one option will be a packet you've never selected in a previous run of the event" this is not the case. Additionally wish they would offer at least one 1/2 deck per choice with a rare needed.

I can say this is still around, I keep getting the same packs over and over again.
Very rarely anything new.
I used to get a check mark that showed I had chosen this pack before, now I do not get one.
I get onslaught, globetrotting, and then usually training or something vampire.
Even with the new house packs never got one.
I wish they would get this fixed.

Bug still exists.
Would be interesting to know, if the "chosen pack data" is lost forever, or if it is still there, but there is simply a bug when the packs are generated. If the data is irreparable, I would rather wait until the next set, to have a bit higher chance of getting packs that I have not played already, since I have all the cards from the older packs.

This is happening to me also. I had previously selected all (pre-NEO packets). Now that NEO is released I was expecting at least 1 NEO packet in the first selection and this is not happening.
