I was drafting a premium Neon Dynasty event.

I successfully chose 16 cards. See screenshot 1.

Then there was a long delay which I attributed to other people picking slowly.

Finally I realised that the draft had become broken, so I restarted my client. It was now at the end of the draft phase and I had been given the rest of my cards by Arena's auto-picker.

I will not play this deck as it is terrible and hope you can refund me for this disaster.

3.   Enter the actual results you’re experiencing: Wasn't give half of the cards.
   

4.   Enter the expected results of the feature: I get to pick from three packs of cards.
