Gravelighter did not allow crewing vehicle before I had to sac a creature
In response to my opponent playing Gravelighter, I was not allowed to crew a vehicle and then sac the vehicle. Other cards with similar effects (e.g. Debt to the Kami) did allow me to do this. So I have to assume that the Gravelighter issue is a bug.
