Invoke the Winds fizzles on Reconfigured Artifact Creature
I cast Invoke the Winds on Webspinner Cuff that was reconfigured-attached to Golden-Tailed Disciple.
The spell fizzled. It was not interacted with in any way (nor was Jin-Gitaxias on the board).
I see no reason why that spell should fizzle and I lost because of it.
This occurred during a Premier Draft. Please refund my entry.

same thing just happened to me in a premier draft a few minutes ago. i invoked my opponents' cloudsteel kirin and nothing happened. invoke just went to the graveyard even though card clearly states that artifacts and creatures are valid targets. i targeted the cloudsteel. cloudsteel was attached to an enchanted mountain creature. mtga would not let me select the creature mountain (again, even though it was a valid target for invoke). the following turn i reduced opponent to -1 life -- check logs to verify. regardless, you can see from board state that i would have had several fliers and the opponent would have zero. see attached.
pls refund my draft entry as this bug caused me to lose a game i should have won. thank you. have a good day.
