Duplicate Protection BUG when opening packs in 2022
It seems there's a problem with Duplicate Protection when opening packs in 2022.
I opened some packs from different sets, and ended with opening a few Kaldheim packs.
When I opened the final Kaldheim pack I got 20 Gems according to the Arena GUI and the message I had all Rares for the set, but this is not true as I have NOT got 4 copies of all Kaldheim Rares!
It made me stop opening any remaining packs...
The problem occurred between 3/6/2022 10:30 CET and 3/6/2022 10:37 CET.
I have attatched my Arena log file.
Can you please let me know if this is just a GUI bug or if the Duplicate Protection doesn't work properly?
If it's just a GUI bug, then please let me know what Kaldheim Rare I actually received from the last pack I opened.

I’m having the same problem. I love how they are asking you to do all the leg work on their problems. This is an expensive game to play and they can’t even provide proper customer service or spend the time to look into problems. Shows how much they care.

Adquiere all commons and uncommon from new capena.
Open a new capena pack
I don’t get gems for the commons and uncommon instead i get cards (which I already have)2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

Getting duplicates when I already have them4. Enter the expected results of the feature
I was into the assumption that with duplicate protection I wouldn’t get these and instead I’d get gems or something5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Can’t upload a video but the pictures attached show that i have all the cards6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps
Not opening any more packs.
