Cannot Import or Creat New Decks
I cannot creat new decks or import them. I can only edti existing decks which is cumbersome. I have unsintalled and re-installed the client. I have installed on different machines and it never fixes the problem THIS IS A PROBLEM AT YOUR END. I have contacted you all several times before... PLEASE FIX MY ACCOUNT!

Hello,
unfortunately, I cannot import any decks. I followed your manual to the letter. Yet, all I get is a text according to which there is nothing to import.
What can I do now? I hope you can help me. Thank you in advance.Yours sincerely,
