kaya the inexorable interaction with vorinclex monstrous raider
When Kaya the Inexorable and Vorniclex Monstrous Raider are both in play, if Kaya puts a Ghost Form Counter on a creature it will show that two Counters were placed on the creature. However, when the creature dies, only one flying spirit will appear.

This is correct. Kaya’s first ability grants an ability to a creature that gives you the Soirit token. It also puts a counter on the creature, but this doesn’t actually do anything in relation to the ability
