Dieser Bug scheint überwiegend Leute zu betreffen, die länger nicht gespielt haben. Unter der Überschrift "Cannot Emote" wird das selbe wie hier berichtet. Jemand meint er hat einen WORKAROUND gefunden, indem man einen "Emote Sticker" im Store kauft oder einen neuen Account anlegt, weil das Problem wohl Account bezogen ist.
Allerdings gibt es keine Sticker mehr im Store, oder übersehe ich diese??? Neuer Acc kommt für mich auch nicht in Frage, da ich schon sehr viele Karten halte und schon ordentlich in Account investiert habe.
Ich finde es wirklich sehr schade das sich diese Plattform so schlecht entwickelt hat. Das kann doch nicht so schwer sein zu fixen. Aber scheinbar haddert man schon seit 4 Jahren mit Problemen rund um die "Emotes". Gerne würde ich wieder aktiv einsteigen, wie wohl viele andere auch, aber das erweckt kein Vertrauen. Bis zumindest die Emotes gefixt sind werde ich schon aus Überzeugung keinen weiteren Cent zahlen und auch nicht mehr lange warten. Bei der schon verstrichenen Zeitspanne können durchaus weitere Jahre ins Land ziehen, bis das wieder verschlimmbessert wird.
Evtl. für einige unverständlich, aber es ist für mich äußerst unbefriedigend nicht "Hallo" oder "Good Game" zum Schluss sagen zu können. Bekommt man ein Hallo und kann nicht antworten muss man sich selbst zwangsläufig unfreundlich fühlen. Und das will ich nicht. MTG Arena könnte generell die Interaktion mit anderen Spielern ausbauen. Wieso kann ich z.B. keine Spieler aus einem Spiel zur Freundesliste einladen mit denen man gerade gute Spiele hatte... wenn das alles schon nicht da ist sollten wenigstens Basics wie diese Emotes funktionieren. Ansonsten NOGO!

Same for me. I also came back after a long period of time (around Throne of Eldraine). So i have no special emotes, but i cant even do the basic emotes in game anymore. If the mouse is over my avatar i see the small speech bubble above my avatar indicating that he menu will open if i click, but nothing happens if i click. The indicator disappears and there is nothing to choose. I already was in the profile several times and clicked on the basic emotes. I also changed avatar, but the emotes are still not available.
I dont know what is wrong. I already saw other players using emotes today.

I have done several clean uninstallations and reinstallations, and nothing will allow me to use or equip the classic emotes/phrases, i dont need nor really concern myself with any of the other emojis, pictures or animations, i just want to be able to use the hello and good game features as i had in the past but no amount of trouble shooting will get them to work or equip, honestly I think the classic emotes should automatically be enabled my default for any and everyone to use, and anything else can be added on top of it.

I reinstalled after a long period of inactivity; I have no emotes available during a match, and cannot equip any from the emotes screen, even though I have the default ones available to select from.
