Option to disable Hover

OPTION
to
DISABLE
flashing the cards when the opponent mouses over the cards.

This not an upgrade to the existing feature. Games are difficult to follow with this effect happening on the board. And for some players, it's a health issue. It's also noticeable in the deckbuilder and collection screens...

It's so distracting!! There should be an option to turn this OFF so the cards don't flash all over the screen all the time! I play on a 50" TV, it makes me dizzy.
