Whenever the game crashes to desktop, freezes, or otherwise makes you close it via task manager, you come back to the game with Ajani as your avatar, your pet is gone, and you're unable to use any phrase or interact with any user until you finish the match. When you go to your profile tab, you get your previously equipped avatar and pet, but have to set the phrases and emotes again to use them in future matches.
