7 days of crashes on Ios. I expect the customer service to be extra generous for us Iphone and Ipad Users who had to redownload 1,016 GB x 10 or 20 times on our mobile data .
It's a shame to see such a big company being so inefficient on tickets management. I would have beeen fired for having let a ticket without answers for 8 hours personnaly.
