Test Of Talents discarded wrong cards and no draw
An opponent played Test Of Talents on me after I played Rip Apart. Instead of searching my deck for extra Rip Aparts, opponent instead discarded all of my Crackle With Powers. I didn't get to draw any cards after Test Of Talents resolved either.

Your opponent is supposed to DRAW A CARD for each card exiled, I have yet to EVER GET THE CARD DRAW(S) that are supposed to follow the exiled cards !
