unopened packs disappeared

A few days ago i activated a code in the store giving me packs for the yet to be released expansion.
Although the Packs tab still has a shiny dot under it, the packs themselves are now gone. Or invisible.

5 Dominaria United packs vanished after i opened 50 packs.

I have the same issue. Put in the Baulders Gate Commander Legends code and the packs were invisible, unable to collect.

Same issue here, the packs were visible but locked just after the pre-release but then became invisible.
As a side note - the indicator should not be highlighted when there are packs you cannot open, it's really annoying.

I have the exact same issue... the "packs" section is just straight up empty. Not even the button to "get more packs" is showing

I gained 6 packs after use the code : D59A4-6E03c-39E28-5C4B6-9C25D
This packs disappeared after around 4 days.
Can you solve the problem please ?
