Player Reporting system is pointless if repeat offenders are allowed to continue abuse.
In order to foster a fun playing environment, abusive players should be banned/suspended from play. Currently, it seems this is not the case. Three times in the past month, I have been matched up with a player named BlueSovereign who abuses the turn timer. Every time, I report that player but it seems my reporting does not result in any change.
If that is the case, using the reporting system is pointless.

It is sad I am seeing this thread 2.5 years later, and the player BlueSovereign is still doing the exact same thing. Reporting him for the same reason as well.

I just filed a report for that player as well and found this thread from a google search for their name. This is the second time I ran into them and they are the worst roper/staller I have ever seen.
