won't load past "checking for active matches"
On my PC (windows current) game will not load beyond "checking for active matches". It appears to update. I have wiped it several times, and reloaded it. I have tried to reload it a number of times over itself. This has been going on for a couple of months. Nothing works.
I had this problem previously with "Loading Initial Scene", but after a few weeks, it came back and I was able to play. I can't play on my PC.

i can play on mobile but not on pc. i too have tried trouble shooting and i cant get past looking for matches.

I'm playing on PC and i havent been able to get into the game at all for two weeks. It keeps getting stuck on the checking for active matches screen on the loading screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and it did nothing. i have also tried restarting my computer several times. how can i fix this? I WANT TO GET IN SO I CAN PLAY.
