This seems to happen after new sets drop (happened with Capenna for me too, then started working normal again after the next patch). Certain sounds will stop playing one or two at a time during a game until none of them play anymore. Someone here said their sounds come back after the game, mine do not. I have to restart the program to get it to start again. Not sure what's causing it, but it happens every match after a few minutes.

Audio cues stop playing after game has been running for more than a couple minutes, then all audio drops out. No other problems with game, my audio, or my PC. It's like the audio de-syncs from the visual cues and then just gives up entirely. Restarting the program fixes it only momentarily because it happens every time since July 2022 update!

In my games I've noticed that the voices stop first, then the card sounds then the ambient sounds. I generally ply with the music off so I can listen to my own.

I lose most sound effects while in Ranked Mode after update. Normal Play doesn't seem as bad.

You know, reporting bugs would be much easier if we didn't have to go through the ****** UI we have to deal with on your website.
You would probably get more bug reports and fix your **** game :(

The sound effects and the music drop out during the game to the point where there is no sound. I hope it is not an adaptive feature after update because I do not like how the music just slowly turns into the main menu idle music score mid match

I only get ambient background sound on PC version but no card use related sounds. Use Steel series headphones and app. Never had this problem before latest update.

When I start playing, (pc version), everything works fine. After a while, some of the audio cues disappear. Eventually the music stops too. Some effects still trigger audio however, so it's not just a device not working.

Today I loaded the game as per normal and noticed no sound. I still have no sound tonight. Youtube, internet, other games etc ALL HAVE SOUND. Just MTGA has the sound issue. Is there a way (short of uninstall and reinstall) of fixing the issue? Things I can check? I have restarted the pc obviously and checked sound settings (but everything else has sound - just not MTGA). Really weird and typically frustrating with this game when something goes wrong. Ideas?

Running Win10 and randomly, as it seems, the sound stops working and have to exit the game and go back into it for it to work. Not sure if it stops after a match, but I notice it at the home screen when you hover over items it usually makes a noise. If I don't catch it and go into a match, it's really annoying.

Sound works for many minutes after starting the app and then intermittently drops out (completely silent) for long durations (seconds to minutes) during a match. Restarting the app fixes it temporarily. Sounds for other apps continue to work normally. Running on Mac OS 12.2.1 on MacBook Air, M1, 2020 model. This did not occur before a few months ago (not sure which version it started in).
I can send log files if needed.

After updated to the latest version (2022.14.30.766.923260) of macOS client, has sound after open the client but sound suddenly gone after playing some time.

There is no sound, playing on iPhone 12 IOS

I am having problems with my sound randomly cutting out during a match. It will cut out for the duration of that match, and then start working again once I return to the home screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. All of my drivers for sound and USB hub are up-to-date. I have no sound problems with any other games or programs.
