It's horrible to play like this, it just ruins the game experience!

Audio dropping on Windows 10, both mid-match and during deckbuilding.

It has been happening to me for quite some time now. I finally got sick of this bug. When is this going to get fixed?
I am not sure how long it has been but I am pretty it started for me even before the July 2022 update.

Occured today 8/9/22 after patch

Problem still around despite mention of fix in latest patch notes.

Sound is major element of the game and overall experience, so this one is pretty critical!

Having same issue. I even re-installed the game. It's really annoying and kinda ruins the experience.
This has gone on since July update which was about a month ago, why is it taking so long for a fix???

Yeah same here, no audio after 2-3 matches so I restart to fix it but audio stops again. so annoying without sound

Same here. Audio drops out little by little to almost nothing in a match or two on pc. Works fine on phone/ipad. Restart fixes it for 45 seconds or so. After the most recent update that supposedly fixed this issue I tried a uninstall/ reinstall and still nothing

Just hopped on to play some games for the first time in a while, having no sound really hurts the experience. Please fix

This game is not nearly as fun and engaging without sound. Please put the sound back in. I can't play this game this way.

Since the "wonderful" Alchemy set, there has been two patches which neither have fixed the sound issue that makes me think that either one of three things. One, they don't know about it even though everyone has reported it. Two, they don't care and just want to milk the players for money and don't give a **** about quality. Three, the programmers are so inept that they can't fix the issue. Personally, I believe it's number three because WotC loves money. Get some better programmer. Seriously, invest in people that know what they're doing and not equal opportunity hires because of some bs political ****.

It just so happens that when I get the bug, opponents come up with miracle hands.
3 times the same hands, with the same cards.

I got a guy the other day who miraculously drew 3 cards are reason.
and now another one miraculously left the 4 copies of each card, exactly when he needed them and strangely he leaves the game, when I capture log.

super annoying bug please fix asap

I will not spend another cent on this stupid game until the audio problem is fixed. The game's audio is so integral to the experience for me that I am considering quitting the game outright if it's not fixed. It kicks in within a couple matches, not hours, so it's not something I can avoid.

everything else with the game works, it's clearly a bug that can be fixed since it's happening to so many people.

About 3 to 6 times a day if I play for several hours. I was told that I had to Uninstall and reinstall, and purchase a third party program to completely Uninstall by their support team... Of course I won't do that (other than reinstall). So here I am, ready to quit over this. It is extremely annoying and broken. Critical fix please.

Really ruins the enjoyment of the game.
