The discount is counted wrong or advertised falsely.
Current price 1150 gold is only 11.5% discount. 1150/1300 = 11.5% discount so this is false advertising.
Correct price for 15% discount should be 1300*0,85=1105 or in arena prices 1100 gold.
Same issue is true when paid with gems. Correct discount should be 221 gems.
